History: Joseph was a member of a small organized crime family, run by his father, Sean B Ulysses. Joseph mostly just oversaw daily operations, but because of his size and skill, on occasion he was used as an enforcer, muscle to make sure things got 'taken care of'. Joseph had an uncanny resemblance to his father. Because of that, they we often mistaken for each other. The family business had reached new heights, but in that type of business, there's always someone looking to take you down, or take you out permanently. A hit was put out on Joseph's father, and when times got rough, Sean Ulysses vanished. Joseph was left holding the bag, so to speak, and he wasn't to happy about it. When word got out about Sean's disappearance, rival families fabricated an plot to frame Sean for the murder of a public official. With a dead official, planted evidence, and no trace of Sean Ulysses, guilt wasn't questioned.

To this day, Sean was never heard from again, and is presumed dead. Since the murder, Joseph has kept a low profile, due to his resemblance to his father. Joseph has taken all sorts of odd jobs over the years to keep busy. Not that money was ever an issue, due to having a large amount of investments. But staying busy, in shape, and proving his worth, were always a priorities. Joseph has worked as a bouncer, security, and even as a bodyguard. Joseph has always been a prime physical specimen, and his experience fighting, and protecting over the years, has made him an excellent wrestler. He seems to specialize in brawling and due to his physique, he's a powerhouse of sorts, and can take alot of punishment. Wrestling however exposed him to a higher profile than he wanted, so he's donned a mask to conceal his facial features, to avoid detection by law enforcement, as well as organized crime.

Jobu got his start in the WTW (World Title Wrestling) organization. He was soon joined by his faithful friend and tag team partner, T J Marshal. The two worked their way up the ranks and became legends within the organization, and some of it's farm territories (Texas Wrestling League). Jobu was a former WTW Hardcore Champion, WTW Television Champion, WTW North American Champion, WTW Stable Champion (Three Man Team), as well as a TLW Champion. After many years of involvement, the organization of WTW fell apart, leaving Jobu compete where ever he ended up.

In 2007, Jobu was kidnapped and placed in the P.O.W. Prison Organization, a well funded yet underground wrestling /fighting system. Prisoners are held and forced to compete for their freedom. After a short time there, he was joined by his former partner, TJ Marshal. The two quickly staked their claim, obtaining the P.O.W. Tag Team Championship. Shortly after, Jobu became the P.O.W. Heavyweight Champion, and is currently the longest running Heavyweight Champion in the organization.

In this new situation within the P.O.W., this will be Jobu's first time competing or in any spotlight without his mask.

Gimmick: Jobu is a bad ass in his own right, but he doesn't flaunt it or flex his muscle unless it's necessary. Jobu has also been known to help an underdog, or someone in need, that deserves the support. He in turn never likes to ask for help, because he doesn't feel he ever really needs it, not to mention he has little faith in others, and isn't quick to give his trust to anyone. Jobu's trust being the way it is, he is usually only seen with his trusted Crime & Punishment tag team partner, and friend, T J Marshal. If approached by an unknown individual, Jobu tends to be suspicious, and can get hostile if he feels he's being backed into a corner.
